Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Orders placed before 4:30 PM (CET) will be processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 4:30 PM will be processed the next business day. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping cost: €4.95 per order within the Netherlands.
• We ship with PostNL for reliable and fast delivery.
• Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days after processing.
• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal delays, weather conditions, or national holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost Shipments

• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation through PostNL.
